What do I bring each day to Bliss Early Learning?

We provide everything to meet your child’s daily needs, including meals, sunscreen and other necessary items. Other items you will need to provide are: a spare set of clothes, child’s bottles, nappies, nappy cream, formula and child’s comforters for rest time.

What meals does Bliss Early Learning provide?

We provide several meals per day that are prepared by an onsite cook. Meals include:

What if I have a question to ask or want to give feedback?

The Director is the person you will need to speak with about any questions you have regarding the centre. If the question is about your child, make sure you also ask your child’s trained teacher.

If you have a grievance about the centre and want to keep this confidential please read over our grievance policy and complete the grievance form available at the centre. The Bliss Early Learning, Area Manager will respond as soon as possible to your grievance.

A meeting will be arranged to resolve any potential issues at the most appropriate time for both.


Are Bliss Early Learning centres assessed and rated against the National Quality Standard?

Yes, all Bliss Early Learning centres meet all the quality areas within the National Quality Standards (NQS) and have several centres that have been given the overall highest rating of Exceeding the NQS.

The National Quality Standard is a key aspect of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and sets a national benchmark for early childhood education and care, and outside of school hours care services in Australia.

To ensure children enjoy the best possible conditions in their early educational and developmental years, the NQS promotes continuous improvement in quality.

Do I get Child Care Benefit if I attend Bliss Early Learning?

Bliss Early Learning are an approved child care service, which means that all families using our service are eligible to apply for the Child Care Benefit (CCB). The Family Assistance Office (FAO) through Centrelink administers this benefit.

Are the centres open on public holidays and if my child day falls on a public holiday do I need to pay?

All public holidays are FREE at Bliss Early Learning centres!!

Terms & Conditions:
Public holidays that fall on a weekday will not be charged to the parents
The centre will still remain closed
No CCB or CCR will be claimed
Applicable to all enrolments (existing and new) at the centre
Subject to availability of care
The public holiday free program may be cancelled with 6 weeks notice

Am I able to visit your centre before joining a waitlist or enroling my child?

Yes. You are just required to make an appointment with our Support Officer on 1300 717 777

Am I required to pay a waitlist fee and what does it cover?

It is free to join our waitlist. Simply submit the enquiry form to secure your place in the queue.

Our waitlist families may also receive exclusive offers, invitations, free tickets to events, Open Day invites and more.
